Prevail Employees Roll Up Their Sleeves for Community Impact
On Thursday, October 1st, four team members from Prevail Bank -Eau Claire participated in the annual Day of Caring for the United Way of the St. Croix and Red Cedar Valleys.
Day of Caring pairs volunteers with non-profits to complete projects including landscaping, painting, construction and cleaning in Dunn and Pepin counties. More than 130 volunteers were paired with 16 project sites across the two counties. The estimated value of the volunteer hours provided was $16,640 – a significant donation to the organizations for which projects were completed.
Prevail Bank’s team included Andrew Balthazor, Roanne Ostmann, Nick White and Cathy Asher. They were paired with Positive Alternatives in Menomonie to update some landscaping alongside their staff.
Cathy Asher, Prevail Bank Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer, serves on the board of directors, finance committee and Day of Caring planning committee for the United Way of the St. Croix and Red Cedar Valleys.
