WESTconsin Credit Union Hosts 86th Annual Membership Meeting; Announces Board of Directors
WESTconsin Credit Union held its 86th Annual Membership Meeting virtually via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at 6 p.m. During the meeting, Board Chairperson Gerald Wolf reviewed the Board activities and highlights for 2025. Chief Executive Officer Jim Wookey reviewed the year’s financial statement and annual report. Treasurer Todd Leipnitz provided the Audit Committee Report. Director Colleen Mensing reviewed the Nominating Committee Report and read the announcement of the Board election results.
Incumbent candidates Gerald Wolf and Todd Leipnitz had announced their intent to seek re-election, which was reviewed and approved by the Board. Prior to the meeting, elections were held for one open director position, as Dale Dahlke retires after 21 years of service over seven terms on the Board. On his retirement, Dahlke says, “My 21 years on the Board of Directors flew by so quickly—a testament to how enjoyable it has been to serve. I’m thankful to the Board members, C-Team, and every employee for their dedication to WESTconsin Credit Union.”
Linda Powers was elected to replace Dahlke and serve a three-year term. Additional Board members include Karen Flug, Colleen Mensing, Jesse Singerhouse, and Sarah Noreen.
