
Investor Sales Coordinator
Position: Investor Sales Coordinator
Reports to: Senior Director of Operations
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Employment Status: Part-Time
Position Summary:
Recruit, engage, and retain Chamber investors through proactive outreach, relationship building, and
promotion of programs and services. Support investor growth strategies and play a key role in
generating non-dues revenue through advertising sales and sponsorship engagement
Primary Responsibilities:
- Actively recruit new investor through outreach and referrals
- Focus on retention efforts to move Premier Level Investors up one or two levels
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective investors, explaining benefits and opportunities
- Maintain communication with Ambassadors and support their efforts on retention
- Assist with investor recruitment campaigns and retention programs
- Provide regular investor reports to leadership
- Make follow-up calls to assess satisfaction and encourage engagement
- Collaborate with staff to align outreach with Chamber programs and events
- Maintain accurate records in the Chamber database
- Represent the Chamber at events, ribbon cuttings, and community activities
- Support Chamber-wide investor retention by building strong relationships with investor, communicating value, and ensuring a positive experience with Chamber
Position Requirements and Qualifications:
- Sales or business development experience preferred; Chamber or nonprofit experience a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and confident in outreach and follow-up
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems preferred
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiasm for business and community development.
