The workforce landscape continues to evolve, and employers across the Chippewa Valley are finding new ways to evolve with it. September's Eggs & Issues will shift the conversation beyond the challenges businesses are facing to focus on the solutions, partnerships, and innovative approaches that are working. 

Hear directly from local and statewide employers and community partners about creative workforce strategies, successful collaborations, and lessons learned along the way. From developing new talent pipelines to building partnerships and rethinking traditional approaches to recruitment and retention, this conversation will highlight what employers are trying, what they've learned, and where opportunities for greater collaboration remain. 

Co-sponsored with the Chippewa Falls Area Chamber and the Menomonie Area Chamber and Visitor Center. Members of all three Chambers are eligible for the Chamber investor registration rate.

The event will take place in the Casper Conference Center at CVTC's Business Education Center, 620 W. Clairemont Ave., Eau Claire 54701. Enter through the front doors. A limited number of spaces are available in the RCU Visitor Lot (P1 on the map). If that is full, park in the student parking (P3) across the footbridge. Permits for those lots will not be required before 9:30 a.m. that day. There is also a paid parking lot (P7) off University Drive to the east of the building.

Refund Policy: Registrants may request a refund for cancellation up to 7 days before the event. Refunds by credit card will have processing fees deducted from the total refund.
